Landlord Gas Safety Checks

Annual gas safety checks and records for landlords, letting agents and property managers.

Overview

Landlords must have every gas appliance, fitting and flue they provide checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer every 12 months, keep the record, and give a copy to tenants. We carry out the checks, issue the Landlord Gas Safety Record, and flag anything that needs attention. Tell us your current certificate expiry date and we will help you plan the renewal.

Common problems we deal with

  • A gas safety record that is due or overdue
  • A new tenancy that needs a valid record
  • Multiple properties with different renewal dates
  • Appliances flagged as at risk on a previous check

How the work is done

  1. Booking around tenant access arrangements
  2. Inspection and testing of each gas appliance, fitting and flue
  3. Landlord Gas Safety Record issued for the property
  4. Advice on any remedial work found during the check

What you get

  • Help meeting your annual legal duty
  • Records you can share with tenants and agents
  • Remedial work handled by the same engineer
  • Straightforward booking for landlords and agents
