What we collect
When you request a quote, book a callback or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address and postcode, details of the work you need, preferred appointment times and any photos you upload.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange visits, prepare quotations and carry out the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. We send service emails about your enquiry. We only send marketing if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Who can see it
Your information is available only to our staff who handle enquiries. It is stored with our hosting, database and email providers, who process it on our instructions. Photos you upload are stored privately and are not published.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records of completed work are kept for up to 6 years for legal and warranty purposes. Landlord gas safety records are kept for at least two years as required by law.
Your rights

If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy, and we use them only to respond to you.
